4. Vendor Accounts & Registration

Wedding vendors may create accounts on the Website to claim or add business listings. By creating a vendor account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Verify your email address before accessing the vendor dashboard
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Submit only truthful and accurate business listing information
• Not impersonate another business or submit fraudulent claim requests

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these Terms, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent claiming of listings.

5. Featured Listings & Advertising

KosherWedding.com offers paid advertising options including Featured Listings, display advertising, sponsored editorial content, and sitewide sponsorships. By purchasing advertising:

• You agree to the specific terms and pricing discussed with our team
• Featured Listing placement is subject to availability and our approval
• We reserve the right to refuse or remove advertising that is misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the character of the Website
• Advertising does not constitute an endorsement by KosherWedding.com
• Refund policies will be specified in your advertising agreement

6. Listing Claims & Verification

Vendors may submit requests to claim existing listings. We will make reasonable efforts to verify ownership or authorization before transferring control of a listing. We are not liable for delays in the claim verification process or for incorrect claim decisions made in good faith.

6a. Wedding Website Builder (Couples)

KosherWedding.com offers a free wedding website builder for the chassan and kallah at /build-wedding-website. By creating a couple account and publishing a wedding website you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourselves, your event, and your guests' RSVPs
• Use the builder only for your own simcha — one wedding website per couple, not as a general-purpose hosting platform
• Not upload content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or contrary to traditional Jewish values
• Not impersonate another couple, family, or rabbi, and not claim a URL slug that uses a third party's name without permission
• Accept that AI-generated draft copy is a starting point only — you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, halachic appropriateness, and tone before publishing
• Accept usage limits on AI credits and other quota-based features; we may change quotas at any time with reasonable notice

Ownership and license. You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload (your "Couple Content"). You grant KosherWedding.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and publicly display Couple Content solely to operate the wedding website service and to display your published site to guests and search engines you authorize. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for reasonable backup retention.

Pricing and upgrades. The core wedding website is free. Optional paid upgrades (such as Pro for custom domains or additional AI credits) and recommendations to build a fully custom site on third-party platforms (such as Lovable) are governed by the pricing and terms of those services. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or terms of third-party platforms we link to.

Termination. We may suspend or remove a wedding website that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe was created fraudulently. You may delete your wedding website and couple account at any time through the Contact page.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
